The history of Coopeca Furniture has its beginning on July 31, 2000, when all employees of Furniture MAN S/A were dismissed due to the decision of the directors to terminate the activities (the company existed there 42 years). Coopeca partners furniture (former employees of MAN S/A) met on the same day and decided to form a cooperative. With their labor rights, acquired machines and began renting the building activities in the manufacture of furniture, with a new concept, a new design and quality above all. At present, the company is located in own area and building, with an area of 43715 square meters and 8000 square meters of built area. The Coopeca Furniture consists of 22 partners and 50 employees. In the short period of existence, Coopeca Furniture has won good customers and continues to innovate every day in getting new ones. Furniture Coopeca partners have extensive professional experience, most over 30 year career in furniture manufacturing. The Coopeca furniture works rapidly, with the slogan: furniture that define spaces.
